Where we come from
SHC Engineering Services is built on one simple idea: if it can be engineered, we can do it. Our roots are in designing parts for classic and specialist vehicles — where the component you need stopped being made decades ago, no drawings exist, and "close enough" doesn't fit. Years of solving those design problems taught us to engineer, machine, wire, print and fabricate to a standard most workshops never have to reach.
Today we bring that expertise to every kind of engineering challenge. Precision CAD design, CNC machining, electrical harness design and construction, 3D printing, welding and fabrication — all in-house, on professional equipment, by people who understand how parts behave in the real world, not just on screen. Whether you're an established business needing batch production, a designer needing a prototype by Friday, or someone with a design problem nobody else will touch, we have the skills and the kit to deliver.
And because we're a small expert team, the engineer you email is the engineer at the machine. Straight answers, honest lead times, and work we put our name on — every time.

Send us your drawings, files or just the idea. We confirm feasibility, materials and lead time — with a fixed quote.
Design & sign-off
We model, draft and document in CAD. Nothing gets cut, crimped or printed until you've approved the design.
Manufacture
CNC machining, harness build or 3D printing on calibrated, state-of-the-art equipment — checked against the drawing at every stage.
Inspect & deliver
Final inspection and functional testing, then packed and delivered with documentation to match.
